Gene expression profiles in whole leaf inoculated with Xanthomonas oryzae

This work was supported by Genomics for Agricultural Innovation (RTR0003).
Gene expression profile of rice in response to Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo), the causal agent of bacterial blight disease. Rice leaves inoculated with T7114R, a wild-type strain, or 74ΗrcV::Km, ahrcV mutant deficient in type III secretion (T3S) system, were harvested at 3 hour post inoculation (hpi), 6 hpi, 12 hpi, 1 day post inoculation (dpi), 2 dpi, 4 dpi, and 6 dpi (Inoculation method). A total of 84 samples in five replicates for inoculated plants and two replicates for water treatment as control were used for hybridization using the Agilent one-color (Cy3) microarray-based gene analysis system. The expression profile for each gene is shown as raw data representing Cy3 signal intensity and normalized data (log2) (Expression profile format). Search options include keyword search for individual RAP locus ID, gene name and accession number, or chromosome search to get a list of all genes for each chromosome.
