Keyword Search Help

Single keyword search
Enter a single keyword (RAP locus ID, accession number, gene name) in the search box to initiate the search.
Example:
Os01g0102700
Search for an entry that includes RAP locus ID “Os01g0102700”.
AK067670
Search for an entry that includes AK067670 accession number.
chitinase
Search for an entry that includes the gene name “chitinase”.

Multiple keyword search (OR search)
Enter multiple keywords with one keyword per line in the search box to initiate an OR search.
Example:
Os01g0102700 Os01g0102800
Search for an entry that includes RAP locus ID "Os01g0102700" or "Os01g0102800".

Multiple keyword search (AND search)
Enter multiple keywords per line with a space in between to initiate an AND search.
Example:
chitinase homolog
Search for an entry that includes both “chitinase” and “homolog” keywords.

Multiple keyword search (OR search and AND search)
Enter multiple keywords per line to initiate both an OR search and an AND search.
Example:
Os01g chitinase
Os02g chitinase
Search for an entry that includes "Os01g" and "chitinase" or "Os02g" and "chitinase"
