An overview of the expression profile of all genes during embryo development encompassing the different developmental stages and distinct sub-domains of the embryo. All samples were collected using laser microdissection. The ‘temporal sub-dataseti’ consists of the entire embryo at 2, 3 and 4 days after pollination (DAP) and the ‘spatial sub-dataset’ consists of 4 embryo samples at 3 DAP separated into 2 parts along the apical-basal axis and the dorsal-ventral axis of the embryo representing 4 sub-domains (Details of methods). The RNAs isolated from a total of 7 samples (Sample list) in 3 replicates were labeled with Cy3, and used for hybridization using the Agilent one-color microarray analysis system. The expression profile for each gene is shown as raw signal intensity, normalized signal intensity (log2) and relative expression value (log2).
