Gene expression profile in rice roots in response to the blast fungus,
Magnaporthe oryzae. Two isogenic rice cultivar Nipponbare, (+
Pia) and (-
Pia), were inoculated with strains of
M. oryzae harboring
AVR-Pia (
Inoculation methods). The roots of rice seedlings were inoculated with the conidial suspension of
M. oryzae and harvested at 1, 2, 3, and 5 days post inoculation (dpi) (
Inoculation methods). A total of 54 samples in three replicates were used for hybridization using the Agilent one-color (Cy3) microarray-based gene analysis system. The expression profile for each gene is shown as raw data representing Cy3 signal intensity and normalized data (log2) (
Expression profile format). Search options include keyword search for individual RAP locus ID, gene name and accession number, or chromosome search to get a list of all genes for each chromosome.
